HEIC Toolkit provides a free online tool for converting HEIC image files to JPG, PNG, and PDF formats. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted files will meet your specific requirements.
File processing
All file conversion is performed locally within your web browser. We never receive, store, access, transmit, or retain any files you process using this service. Your files remain entirely on your device at all times. By using this service, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this client-side processing model.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HEIC Toolkit and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, degradation of converted file quality, business interruption, or any other damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using HEIC Toolkit you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to convert the files you submit. You must not use this service to process files that infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
